Why Vision 2030?

Athletic training is a vital, evolving healthcare profession—but it’s at a turning point.

Despite decades of progress, athletic trainers (ATs) face systemic challenges:

• Enrollment in accredited programs has declined
• Compensation remains disproportionately low
• Many ATs report burnout and dissatisfaction
• Stakeholders still misunderstand what ATs do

Go4 launched Vision 2030 to change that.
