Hire long-term Athletic Trainers

Your turnkey solution for hiring a long-term athletic trainer. Go4 handles the recruitment, onboarding, payroll & management.

How It Works

With over 40 years of combined healthcare and management experience on Go4’s leadership team, your specific needs are heard and used to create a unique job opportunity that is shared with over 20,000 athletic trainers.

Go4 will use your initial assessment to screen, verify credentials, and interview potential candidates. After we establish the best candidates, we’ll reconnect with your team to set up a final interview.

Having a long-term athletic trainer helps contain your liability insurance premiums, reduces medical costs for your population and helps eliminate absenteeism due to injuries or rehab. Go4 helps your new athletic trainer assess and update your safety initiatives including your Emergency Action Plan.

Following a needs assessment with our experienced team, your new hire is sourced from our national network of 20,000 certified, licensed athletic trainers.

Go4 manages payroll processing and tax forms for your athletic trainer. We collect a weekly digital timecard from your AT, then invoice your organization 2x per month. No tracking hours.

Before presenting candidates, Go4 makes sure they have been vetted, screened and verified. In addition, all athletic trainers on Go4 carry their own professional liability insurance.

In collaboration with the on-site athletic trainer and your athletic administration, Go4 updates Emergency Action Plans, recommends necessary equipment, amends policies to incorporate best practices, and provide streamlined injury documentation (EMR) to advance your sports medicine program.

Onboarding Support

The Go4 Contract Services team prepares your AT and collaborates with your team to on-board your athletic trainer so that they hit the ground running.
