Was doing anterior drawer test on knee and tore the ACL the rest of the way doing it.

Tib fib fracture you could hear from the stands

As I was asked to evaluate a foot injury on the back of the gator on senior night for baseball, my athlete made this sound sucking in his last breath. He became unresponsive. 911 was called, AED was called for and CPR started. Athlete had gone into V-fib. With a successful outcome.
He was transported to the hospital, a few days later returned to the team after having a pacemaker surgery. A year later he was on the coaching staff as a freshman assistant coach. He is now married an a proud dad to his own little baseball player.

Athelte left bandaid on for multiple days and when pulling it off it made an audible noise of the the scab ripping off…
FOOSH!
Happened during practice with freshman football player. Player A was blocking, and as they both started to fall player A landed in a FOOSH while player B fell directly on his arm. Everyone around heard the snap, I look over at player A to see his forearm looking like a ‘S’. Surgery the next day.
SNAP ——> RIP!
Open femur fracture
Clunk!
I was doing a lachman’s and I believe I helped flip a meniscus!

Wrestling tournament with a ulnar and radius fracture clean through
Cluh clunk!!!
Kid dislocated his ankle playing basketball in low top Vans. It was relocated on the scene.
!!Smack!!Thud!!
The sound of a knocked-out-cold men’s soccer player who went up for a 50-50 header and loss consciousness mid-air before landing flat on the ground.
Crack!
Humerus fracture during football game. Presented like a dislocated shoulder at initial observation and then upon further palpation, definitely humerus!
Wooden bat breaking!
Two football players collided helmets and one ended up unconscious. it sounded like a wooden bat broke that I heard on the other side of the field. The worst part was how loud the sound was followed by dead silence in the stadium.
Crrrriiip!
Tearing of the quad tendon
Powwwwwp!!!!
Achilles popped less than a year post Achilles rupture for the opposite Achilles
A loud crack like pop rocks!
Female hurdler lunged forward at the finish line when all of sudden you heard the loud pop and then a scream. Ran to her where she had an open femur fracture.
CRACK!
Hearing bones snap followed by the scream I’ll never be able to unhear
Thuddd!
Field hockey side to the side of the face breaking I think 3 bones in total
Smack-Scream! Head to floor during basketball
Oooof… Huuuuuuh… (silence…) Uh..
the sound of a player making contact with another player subsequently hearing the wind knocked out of them and then silence… you (the AT) are sitting there for a fraction of a second like uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh please show some sign of life as I run out on the field
A wet squishy pop
A athlete stepped down on a blister and it popped.
CRACK & SCREAMS!
Athlete jumped to dunk, landed, sustained a mid-shaft tib-fib fracture.
Distal radius and ulna fracture!
Athlete fell during a soccer game. Heard an audible cracked and saw the deformity in the wrist.
Crunch!
A football player while getting tackled snapped their tibia and fibula.
