What Are Child Abuse Clearances?

Child abuse laws are pieces of legislation that are aimed at protecting children from child abuse. These clearances can include national and state criminal history records, child abuse databases, FBI fingerprinting records and requesting records from previous employment settings.
These clearances may be mandated at the national or state level and also may be enforced by your venue. Make sure that you are in compliance with all that may apply to you and organization.
