Philadelphia, PA  April 25, 2025 — Flag Football Life (FFL), one of the nation’s leading flag football organizations, is proud to announce a new partnership with Go4, naming the platform as its Official Safety Partner and exclusive provider of Athletic Trainers for all FFL events.

This partnership underscores FFL’s continued commitment to player safety by ensuring certified Athletic Trainers are present at all games, camps, and tournaments — coast to coast.

“Safety has always been a non-negotiable for us,” said Matt Reimel, owner of Beast of the East National Flag Football Tournament “Partnering with Go4 allows us to raise the bar even higher. Their platform makes it easy to staff certified Athletic Trainers across all our events, no matter the location. This is a huge win for the athletes, families, and coaches who trust us.”

Flag football is rapidly growing. According to the NFL, over 2.4 million kids under 17 are playing organized flag football in the U.S with over 1,600 organized youth and club teams. And the debut of flag football in the 2028 Olympics will only further fuel that growth.

However, with more youth athletes participating in flag football, the need for medical coverage on the sidelines has also increased.

That’s where Go4 is able to help.

Go4 is a mobile and web-based platform that connects organizations directly with a nationwide network of over 24,000 certified Athletic Trainers. Through the platform, flag football teams and tournament operators can quickly post jobs, set their rate, and hire certified athletic trainers for practices, games, and tournaments. Equipped with a sideline optimized EMR (Electronic Medical Record) if a player gets hurt, the athletic trainer can document the injury and provide a report for the next-in-line medical clinician.

“Flag Football Life is one of the most respected names in the sport,” said K. Ellis F Mair, EdM, ATC, Chief Clinical Officer at Go4. “We’re thrilled to support their mission by delivering on-demand medical coverage wherever it’s needed. Together, we’re making safety the standard — not optional — in flag football.”

The partnership officially launches this season, with athletic trainers hired through the Go4 platform covering FFL events in markets across the country. As part of the collaboration, Go4 will also support FFL coaches and directors with educational resources on injury prevention and emergency preparedness.
