Most Important Thing in Your Bag: I have a small jade Gua Sha tool that I travel with.  It has saved my hands countless times for all kinds of soft tissue manipulation.

Gameday Snack: Jerky, trail mix, or sunflower seeds

Best AT Moment:  Volunteered as a student AT at the finish line of the Boston Marathon in 2014, the first year after the bombing.  The people I met and interacted with plus the triumph of the return culminated in the most emotional day I’ve worked as an AT.

Quote/Lyric /Line That Sums Up Athletic Training For You:  “If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.”  A large part of Athletic training is being able to adapt to whatever the circumstances.  If you’re not prepared for every possible scenario, chances are that one thing you didn’t consider will be the one thing you need to face.  It can be an emergency situation, weather, taping a grip, or fixing a hole in somebody’s pants; you just have to do your best to think of everything.
