Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at support@go4.io to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective t-shirt, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
