Why did we partner with the CAATE?
There is an old proverb that goes, “The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” Our new partnership with the CAATE exemplifies this sentiment and our commitment to excellence in education and advancing the profession of athletic training.
Since we began Go4 in 2017, education has been a cornerstone of our business. We have worked tirelessly to educate job posters, parents, patients, administrators, legislators and the public about the importance of having an athletic trainer as a part of their care team. We have worked with dozens of organizations and content experts across the country to ensure that our messaging has been effective and meaningful. By championing the athletic training profession, we have built a community of over 20,000 athletic trainers that have made over $20 million dollars.
Partnering with the CAATE is an investment in the future of athletic training. We are excited to take this step toward expanding knowledge and fostering a deeper respect and awareness for athletic training. By joining forces, we aim to broaden the understanding of athletic training among youth athletes and parents, inspiring future generations to consider careers in athletic training.
We are also thrilled to promote the CAATE-accredited residencies and fellowships as these educational pathways ensure high quality training for those seeking specialization and subspecialization. Together, we will also support programs in areas of recruitment and innovation and provide resources to support current students.
At Go4, we believe that the future of the athletic training profession lies in the hands of the next generation. It is with great excitement and anticipation that we embark on this journey with the CAATE, united in our dedication to shaping a future where excellence in athletic training is not only aspired to but achieved.
