Why does your company hire Nurses?
To run and maintain our Camp’s Health Center for the summer. We Want fun, compassionate people who are interested in gaining hands on experience that will be invaluable to their nursing career!
Nurses love working at camp! As a camp nurse you will be a member of our camp medical team which will include six nurses and one rotating physician. The physicians are camp parents with a variety of specialties. The camp infirmary is a top notch facility, completely renovated in 2016 with the help of two camp doctors and our head nurse. Nurses are responsible for caring for ill or injured campers, sorting and dispensing medication, responding to emergencies, maintaining accurate medical documentation and promoting health maintenance and accident prevention.
