Kim DeLaney, RN, BSN has over two-decades of experience navigating the world of Human Resources, most recently as the Director of Enterprise Talent Acquisition at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). After spending 15 years as a staff nurse there, Kim helped elevate the talented nursing staff at the first hospital to specialize exclusively in pediatric medicine, and now a world-renowned network of hospitals setting the standard in children’s patient care.
