How much does it cost?
There are no set rates. You set the rate you want to pay.
We do offer guidance on transacted rates (i.e. the rates that ATs have taken jobs for and worked) on the rate page.
The 17.5% platform fee includes pre-verification of ATs, 7 year injury documentation storage in a HIPAA complaint server, automated EAP generation, 1099 tax form prep for your ATs and scheduling software.
Can I upload all my shifts at once?
Yes! We offer a bulk upload feature. To access the bulk upload feature, contact support we will get you set up.

What happens to the injury reports?
The injury reports are stored in a HIPAA compliant sever for 7 years. So, should you need them to provide proof of action, they are able to be available upon subpoena.
Will the athletic trainer need supplies?
ATs will arrive with their own kit. But for large tournaments, it is advised that the operator provide the high-use consumables, e.g. tape, prewrap, ice and coolers.
Some nice-to-haves are extra rubber gloves, gauze and bandaids.
Do I give the ATs 1099s at the end of the year?
No. We handle the the 1099s. So, at the end of the year you do not have to chase down ATs for address or wast money on financial document prep.
