The Go4 Product Manager is a key member of the growing Go4 team. This high-growth position will report directly to the VP of Operations and interact directly with the management team and head engineer. This individual will be the primary person responsible for full cycle product development, including product strategy, defining requirements, and driving feature adoption. The Go4 product manager will be expected to allocate resources, and to work with engineers, marketing personnel, community managers and other creatives to ensure deadlines are met and products are launched.

Develop and execute strategy to document, design, and build according to approved Roadmap.
Ensure product development meets deadlines and communicate adjustments as needed.
Obtain feedback from clients, designers, and engineers, and adjusting product specifications as needed.
Synthesis and prioritize customer feedback and manage the product backlog.
Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing products.

Lead the product development team in creating the product roadmap and executing the product roadmap.
Interact with engineers daily on feature development and product priorities.
Identify weaknesses in prototypes and make the necessary changes.
Support the sales and community teams by providing product demos and information documentation.
Conducting market research and obtaining consumer feedback on products and then optimizing.
Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and delegate tasks.
Analyze the data to make product decisions that tie to revenue generation and customer experience.
Meet with customers, community members, and other internal key stakeholders

A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field
Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
High level of comfort with technology, its development and technical documentation
Will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
The ability to work remotely and drive outcomes on a consistent basis
Demonstrated passion for community and community building
A keen eye for detail
Experience with a product management tool (Trello, JIRA, or similar)
