The Email Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Go4 team and who will report to the Director of Marketing Operations. This person is tasked with executing on regular outbound email marketing efforts and helping to deliver MQLs on a per sprint basis. The primary duties of the Email Marketing Manager is to assist the Marketing division with completing email marketing campaigns end-to-end, manage reporting, collaborate with the Community and Sales division to help guide overall strategy.
Oversee and maintain the Email Marketing system software (currently Mailchimp)
Implement nurture campaigns for MQLs and existing customers and users
Create calendar and execute on weekly outbound email marketing sends
Sync data with CRM and Email Marketing system
Bi-monthly reporting on email campaigns as it relates to basic campaign metrics and user acquisition/ user interaction
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Execute on weekly marketing sends to new customers, MQLs, current clients, and more
Responsible for creating, proofreading, and submitting emails for approval under the Director of Marketing Operations
Maintain a detailed calendar of all email sends, including reporting on metrics such as opens, click rates, landing page conversions and bounce rates
3+ years as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role
BA/BS accredited University with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or similar field
Experience in Mailchimp email software or similar Email Marketing system
Experience in list segmentation, analytics, and data management
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and uses perseverance and curiosity to identify a path forward when solutions are not obvious
Strong sense of urgency, detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow
Team oriented, interpersonal, highly-motivated, passionate and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization.
