Pay: Hourly rate for this position range from $46-$60/hour.
Role: Assistant Athletic Trainer
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Some Saturday hours are possible dependent on sport schedules. ~25 hours/week for 33 weeks.
Location: Eastern Nazarene College – Quincy, MA

Assist in maintaining the overall Sports Medicine program for the school including, but not limited to injury prevention programs, injury evaluations, injury management, injury treatment and rehabilitation, educational programs, and counseling for student-athletes.
Provide athletic training services for the school’s athletic department including, but not limited to attendance at scheduled team practices, home and away competitions, as deemed necessary by Athletic Director and/or Head Athletic Trainer.
In coordination with Head Athletic Trainer and supervising physician, review pre-participation physical examinations and coordinate medical referrals for student-athletes to determine their ability to practice and compete.
Work in conjunction with the Head Athletic Trainer, strength and conditioning, and coaching staff to ensure safety in the design and implementation of fitness, nutrition, and conditioning programs customized to meet individual student-athlete needs.
Maintain up-to-date health records and injury documentation of each encounter with student-athletes.
Practice in accordance with education, training, and the state’s statutes, rules and regulations and abide by principles set forth in the NATA Code of Ethics.

3 years experience in a secondary school or similar setting
Active BOC certification
License to practice athletic training in MA
This is a Travel AT position; applicants without a Massachusetts state license are still encouraged to apply; Go4 will assist with fees for acquiring your license if you are hired. Applicants with less than 3 years of experience are also encouraged to apply!
