The Athletic Training Services Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of job fulfillment and compliance. This role ensures seamless coordination between customers, athletic trainers, and internal teams, driving efficient staffing logistics, timely communication, accurate payment operations, and adherence to all regulatory and credentialing standards.

This is a key role within the growing Contract Services team, focused on delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and athletic trainers while supporting Go4’s mission to make athletic training coverage accessible, reliable, and compliant.


What You’ll Own:

Staffing Operations

  • Post and manage contract athletic training jobs across multiple platforms to recruit talent (Go4, JazzHR, company website).
  • Coordinate per diem coverage for positions under contract via the Go4 platform, including posting shifts, hiring, and cancellation handling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers for staffing logistics, weekly coverage needs, and issue resolution.

Compliance

  • Maintain 100% compliance of all required credentials for hired athletic trainers, including proactive athletic trainer communication, and internal escalation when needed.
  • Develop and maintain a credential dashboard for internal leadership, ensuring real-time visibility of compliance related items.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement automation opportunities in credentialing and compliance workflows.
  • Manage timely and accurate documentation by contracted athletic trainers, maintaining compliance with documentation best practices.

Finance & Billing Coordination

  • Partner with the Finance team to process timely and accurate athletic trainer payments.
  • Manage bi-weekly billing approvals, ensuring 100% completion before deadlines.
  • Send weekly timesheet approvals to customers
  • Support continuous improvement in billing and payment speed, while maintaining 100% accuracy for customer invoices and athletic trainer payments.

What you bring:

– Strong operational mindset—you’ve helped build before and are eager to move a vertical forward with operational systems and management
– Customer-centric communicator with the ability to turn insights into action
– Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and/or Talent or Marketplace Operations
– Familiarity with tools like Hubspot.comMonday.com, Instantly and Go4’s Athletic Trainer platform
– Experience contributing to educational content or success enablement materials is a plus
– Marketplace or two-sided platform experience preferred but not required

– Salary Range: $65,000 – $85000 plus a performance based bonus of 15%
