Athletic Trainer Compensation Survey

Go4 has teamed up with Indiana State University to get a true measurement of the total compensation that athletic trainers receive to help you negotiate higher salaries, better educate rising athletic trainers on their value, and help entice future athletic trainers into the profession.

So what makes this salary survey different?

Data that reflects YOU

Through representative sampling, this data will more closely reflect that of ALL athletic trainers.  For example, similar surveys state that 6% of respondents are college educators while the BOC reports 3% of all certified athletic trainers are educators. College educators tend to be the highest paid people in the profession which may skew the average salary being reported by the NATA.

Data that MATTERS

– Debt vs Income

– Income in relation to cost of living

– Supplemental income

We are collecting information on debt, supplemental income and cost of living to get a fuller understanding of total compensation, and to better advocate for salary increases in the organizations athletic trainers work for.
